Bengal Meatballs

      Serves 8

In a large bowl combine 2 lbs. ground beef, chicken turkey or lamb with 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves  and 1/4 cup BOMBAY BRAND HOT BENGAL CHUTNEY.


Shape into 1" meatballs slightly flattened, and stir-fry in non-stick skillet with 1 tbsp. sesame oil, a few at a time, until done.
