STIR-FRIED CHICKEN WITH MANGO GINGER CHUTNEY:
Cube 1 lb. skinless chicken thighs into 1" cubes. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, 1/2 cup finely
chopped green onions, 1/3 cup of BOMBAY BRAND MANGO GINGER CHUTNEY. Heat a tablespoon of
sesame oil in a non-stick pan and quickly stir-fry chicken until tender.
