CHICKEN CURRY:
Joint 1 chicken and set aside. Saute for 5 minutes, 1 medium finely chopped onion, 1 long green chile chopped, 1 medium tomato chopped. Add chicken, salt to taste and 1 cup chicken broth OR 1 1Ooz. can coconut milk. Cover pot and cook on low until chicken is cooked well. Serve with steamed Basmati Rice.
