BBQ CHICKEN WITH EGGPLANT PICKLE MARINADE: Skin 4 chicken legs (do not separate thigh from drumstick) and pierce all over with a fork. Marinate chicken legs in 1/2 cup of BOMBAY BRAND EGGPLANT PICKLE for 1 hour.
